Latest Jobs in Sindh School Education Literacy Department. The Sindh School Education & Literacy Department is hiring skilled, dynamic, and dedicated professionals for the following position. Candidates must have a domicile and PRC of Sindh province. The appointment will be on a contract basis for two years, subject to performance evaluation. The selection process will be conducted through interviews by the selection committee.

Positions with Qualifications

Position: Consultant

Age Limit: 35-45 Years

Education Requirements:

• Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Education, or Management from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum Second Division required.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in the social or education sector.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in internationally funded projects and international certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing coordination plans for ongoing projects and initiatives with development partners and donor agencies.
• Providing coordination support to the department and minister’s office.
• Implementing cost-effective strategies for enrolling out-of-school children (OOSC).
• Advising institutions on operational strategies, management structures, and policies.
• Participating in consultative meetings and workshops, strategizing future plans.
• Analyzing institutional needs, identifying challenges, and offering practical solutions.
