Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidates will be trained in policyholder services, underwriting, bancassurance, takaful, group & pension, and compliance. The program will include rigorous training sessions, monitoring by senior experts, and exposure to various departments within State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
Positions with Qualifications
Trainee Officer (Graduate) – Multiple Fields
Required Qualification:
- 16 years of education in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Insurance & Risk Management, Statistics, IT, Software, Computer Science, Engineering, and Economics.
- Minimum CGPA of 2.8 from an HEC-recognized university.
Training & Certifications:
- Selected candidates must complete Associate Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) from Chartered Insurance Institute, London, or Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) from Life Office Management Association, USA.
- ACII candidates must acquire 60 credit hours within two years of training.
- FLMI candidates must complete 5 papers at the ALMI level within two years.
- Candidates with exemptions must pass at least two papers after joining.
