The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (NHSR&C) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for multiple contract-based positions under the Prime Minister’s Program for the Elimination of Hepatitis C Infection in Pakistan. These positions are based in Islamabad and will be hired on a three-year contract basis.
Available Positions
Project Manager (PPS-10/BPS-20)
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management and execution of the Hepatitis C elimination program, ensuring the program’s objectives are effectively met.
Candidates must be between 40 to 55 years old. A MBBS degree is required, along with a Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or Project Management. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in health-related projects.
Procurement Manager/Specialist (PPS-9/BPS-19)
The Procurement Manager/Specialist will oversee procurement activities, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations.
Candidates must be between 40 to 50 years old. A Bachelor’s degree (BS Hons) in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Management is required. An MBA in Finance, Procurement, or Logistics & Supply Chain from an HEC top 10-ranked university is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement management is required, preferably in public sector procurement and donor-funded projects. The candidate must have expertise in technical evaluation of bids, contract awards, and procurement process management.
Training Officer (PPS-8/BPS-18)
The Training Officer will design and conduct training programs to enhance the capacity of healthcare professionals.
Candidates must be between 35 to 45 years old. A MBBS degree along with a Master’s in Public Health from an HEC-recognized institution is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience in organizing training programs and capacity-building initiatives is necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in healthcare-related training programs.
Data Assistant (PPS-7/BPS-17)
The Data Assistant will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting program data.
Candidates must be between 25 to 35 years old. A Bachelor’s degree (BS Hons) in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Management is required. An MBA from an HEC-recognized university is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and data management is required. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in health sector projects.

Instructions for Government Employees
Candidates who are currently employed in government departments must submit their applications through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department.
Deadline for Applications

No TA/DA Policy
No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided to candidates appearing for tests or interviews.
