Eligibility Criteria and Job Descriptions
1. Program Manager HIV/AIDS
- Qualification: MBBS with Master’s in Public Health from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in public health programs, with 5 years in managerial roles within public sector/donor-funded projects. Experience in HIV/AIDS programs is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with expertise in grant writing and project management.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
2. HIV Prevention Specialist
- Qualification: MBBS/BDS with a Master’s degree in Public Health from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years post-MPH experience, with at least 3 years of working with key populations.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in HIV/AIDS prevention programs.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
3. Manager Procurement
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in the health sector. Preference for experience in Global Fund-supported programs.
- Skills: Expertise in procurement laws (PPRA, UN Procurement Rules), supplier management, and contract management.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
4. M&E Coordinator
- Qualification: MBBS (Postgraduate degree in Public Health preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in public health programs.
- Skills: Data management, report writing, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
5. Provincial M&E/Surveillance Coordinator
- Qualification: MBBS with MPH or Master’s in Social Sciences with MPH/MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in public health, with 3 years in monitoring and evaluation. Preference for candidates with Global Fund experience.
- Skills: Data analysis (SPSS), epidemiology, forecasting, and impact evaluation.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
6. District Monitoring Officer
- Qualification: MBBS/MPH/Master’s in Social Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in monitoring and evaluation (preferably in Malaria programs).
- Preference: Local candidates will be given preference.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
7. Lab Attendant
- Qualification: Matriculation.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in laboratories dealing with communicable diseases and Tuberculosis.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
