The Prime Minister’s Initiative for Capacity Building of 1,000 Agricultural Graduates in China is offering a fully funded training program for young agricultural graduates. Priority Areas for Training
The training program will cover the following nine priority areas:
- Farm Mechanization
- Crop Breeding & Genomics (Cotton, Hybrid Rice, Vegetables, Pulses, Wheat, Alfalfa Seeds)
- High-Level Technology – Drones, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Seed Production & Processing Technologies
- Livestock Disease Surveillance
- Livestock Breeding & Genomics
- Aquaculture – Shrimp Production & Processing
- High-Efficiency Irrigation Systems
- Fruit & Vegetable Processing
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree Requirement:
- BS/BSc (Hons) (4 years) in Agriculture or related fields with minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0 or First Division.
- Higher Degrees (MS/MPhil/Ph.D.) will be awarded additional score if CGPA is 3.0/4.0 or above.
- Age Limit: Less than 35 years as of April 5, 2025.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in one of the nine priority areas.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in English, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ranking Criteria: If applications exceed available slots, selection will be based on CGPA/marks.

- Submit HEC attested degrees/certificates.
- Sign a bond to return to Pakistan after training and work as master trainers.
- Government employees must provide an NOC from their department.
- Family members are not allowed to accompany the trainee.
- Applicants who applied previously are eligible to reapply.
- Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least one year beyond the application deadline.
- Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
