- Company Secretary
- Qualifications: Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate chartered secretaries, or hold a 16-year degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in government, semi-government, corporations, autonomous bodies, or large public companies.
- Age Limit: 55 years.
- Chief Commercial Advisor
- Qualifications: Minimum 16-year degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, and market analysis.
- Age Limit: 55 years.
- Chief Information Technology Officer
- Qualifications: Minimum 16-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in IT governance, software, frameworks, and leading major organizational changes.
- Age Limit: 55 years.
Remuneration and Tenure
Selected candidates will receive competitive salaries commensurate with their qualifications and experience. The contract will be for an initial period of two years, subject to annual performance evaluations by the Board of Directors.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the Fit and Proper Criteria as outlined in the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. They must be Pakistani citizens, and candidates with foreign qualifications must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
