Exciting Career Opportunities at NRSP Sindh 2025. National Rural Support Programme (NRSP), one of the largest not-for-profit organizations, is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for its Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) Activity Project in District Hyderabad. Available Positions:

1. Agriculture Officer (Male/Female)

• Qualification: BSc (Hons) in Agriculture, BSc Agri Business, MSc/MSc (Hons) in Agriculture (preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in agriculture-related fields, including agricultural extension, advisory services, and working with farming communities.
• Skills: Expertise in agriculture value chains, economic growth initiatives, agricultural productivity, supply chain development, and community mobilization. Knowledge of Climate Smart Agriculture will be an added advantage.

2. Agriculture Field Assistant (Male)

• Qualification: 3-year diploma in Agriculture (BS in Agriculture preferred).
• Experience: 1-2 years in agricultural extension, farmer advisory, livestock management, and community mobilization.
• Skills: Strong capabilities in community engagement, event management, and data collection.
• Requirement: Must own a motorcycle for travel within the target district’s villages.

3. Admin & Finance Assistant

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1-2 years in administrative and financial roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in computer applications for maintaining records, databases, and documentation.
