The Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from Pakistani nationals to fill permanent positions in Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments/Garrisons). • Elementary School Teacher (Male) – BPS-14
• Elementary School Teacher (Female) – BPS-14

Provincial/Regional Quota Distribution:

• Punjab: 50%
• Sindh (Rural): 11.4%
• Sindh (Urban): 7.6%
• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK): 11.5%
• Balochistan: 6%
• Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK): 2%
• Former FATA: 3%

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• A minimum of a second-class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree (04 years) or an equivalent/higher qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
• The qualification will be considered as per the closing date of registration.

Age Limit:

• 18 to 30 years, including a general age relaxation of 5 years.
• The age will be calculated as of the closing date of registration.

Age Relaxation:
Candidates may be eligible for additional age relaxation under the following categories:

• 3 years: Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist communities, recognized tribes of Tribal Areas, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, Sindh Rural, and Balochistan.
• 10 years (up to 55 years): Government employees with at least 2 years of continuous service.
• 15 years or equivalent to service years in the Armed Forces: Retired or released Armed Forces personnel.
• 5 years: Widow/widower or son/daughter of a civil servant who passed away during service (on or after 01-07-2005), with an official notification of death.

Place of Posting:

• Successful candidates can be assigned duties anywhere in Pakistan.

Application Process:

• Candidates must upload all required documents before submitting the application.
• The last date for online applications is 10th February 2025.

Selection Process:

• After reviewing applications, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
• Tests will be conducted at designated centers in Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, and Quetta.
• Candidates must download their roll number slips from their online account and bring them to the test center.

Interview Process:

• Candidates shortlisted based on the test results will be called for interviews.
• Interview details, including venue, date, and time, will be communicated via official letters.
• Original documents, including educational certificates, must be presented at the time of the interview.
• Government employees must provide a fresh No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments.

Important Instructions:

• Candidates dismissed from service or with a criminal record are ineligible.
• Any falsified information or documents will result in disqualification at any stage of the recruitment process.
• Requests for changes in test/interview centers will not be entertained after the registration deadline.
• No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.
