Medical Teaching Institution Abbottabad MTI Jobs 2025 Today. Medical Teaching Institution Abbottabad (ATH/ACD/AMC) is a 1,500-bed tertiary care hospital operating under the MTI Act 2015 and its amendments. The institution is seeking an experienced and qualified professional to fill the position of Hospital Director.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any relevant management field.
  • Candidates with a recognized medical degree combined with management qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification management experience in a similar organization or institution. Exceptional candidates may have this requirement relaxed by the Board of Governors.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and team development expertise.
  • Excellent time management and project leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage financial discipline, prepare budgets, and oversee institutional operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all non-clinical hospital functions.
  • Prepare annual budgets and business plans for the Board of Governors.
  • Oversee building maintenance, engineering services, and ancillary services such as pharmacy, nursing, materials management, and security.
  • Act as the Principal Accounting Officer, ensuring financial transparency and compliance.
  • Implement policies set by the Board and Management Committee to achieve institutional targets.

Additional Information:

  • This is a contractual position for 5 years, extendable for two additional terms of 5 years each, at the discretion of the Board.
  • The selected candidate will report directly to the Board of Governors.
  • Candidates must provide a reference letter from their current employer and ensure no conflict of interest with this position.
  • The position is non-practicing and offers a competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience.
