1. Secretary to Board of Governors

• Qualification:
  • 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Accreditation from the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary, Secretariat Practitioner, or in Office Management.
  • Experience working with Boards of Governors, Directors, or regulatory bodies.
  • Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Skills Required:
  • Expertise in secretarial functions and office management.
  • Strong PR and networking skills with government and private sector institutions.
  • Ability to coordinate and follow up on Board decisions.
  • Shorthand skills are an advantage.
• IT Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, etc.).
• Language Competency:
  • Fluency in English, Urdu, and Pashto (written and spoken).
  • Strong presentation skills.
• Location: Islamabad (with frequent travel to Bannu, Peshawar, and other cities as per requirements).
• Gender: Male/Female.
• Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all secretarial and office functions for the Board of Governors.
• Organize and schedule Board meetings.
• Draft and approve meeting agendas and minutes.
• Collect and distribute working papers and presentations.
• Communicate with BOG members and other stakeholders.
• Follow up on Board decisions and inquiries.
• Liaise with government and private sector institutions.
