Balochistan Employment Support Program Today Jobs. Applications are invited under the Balochistan Rozgar Support Program by EPR (Employment Processing Resource) from eligible male and female candidates holding a Balochistan domicile. The project aims to promote employment opportunities in collaboration with the public sector. Selected candidates will be appointed within their respective districts on a project-based (home-working) model.

Available Positions

1. Registration Officer (Male/Female)
Total Vacancies: 480
Minimum Education: Graduation or Master’s degree from a recognized institution
Age Limit: 20 to 38 years (age relaxation as per policy)
Monthly Package: PKR 37,500 (13,500 + 24,000)

2. Assistant Registration Officer (Male/Female)
Total Vacancies: 640
Minimum Education: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years (age relaxation applicable)
Monthly Package: PKR 33,500 (13,500 + 20,000)

3. Data Collection Staff (Male/Female)
Total Vacancies: 800
Minimum Education: Matriculation or Intermediate
Age Limit: 18 to 45 years (age relaxation applicable)
Job Nature: Project-based, to be engaged as needed

Application Process

Candidates must submit their application form online via the official EPR portal at www.epr.org.pk/career. A non-refundable screening test fee of PKR 800 must be deposited (via deposit slip or online payment) and proof should be attached with the application.

Screening Test Details

Screening tests will be conducted on 18 May 2025 in various cities including Quetta, Khuzdar, Turbat, and Loralai. Roll number slips will be issued on 9 May 2025. Candidates scoring 40% or more will be considered eligible for the Balochistan Employment Support Program and gain access to assistance for securing government jobs (BPS-05 to BPS-15) along with other employment facilitation services.

Important Notes

• Positions 1 and 2 are for remote/home-based roles, shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
• Position 3 does not require interviews; selection will be based on test scores.
• Candidates already employed can also apply and continue both roles simultaneously.
• All selected individuals will be facilitated under EOBI, medical insurance, and other legal benefits.
• Misuse of information or misconduct during the selection process will result in disqualification.
• No TA/DA will be provided for test or interview.
