The School Education & Literacy Department (SELD), Government of Sindh, invites applications from eligible female candidates for the position of Early Childhood Education Teacher (BPS-15) through SIBA Testing Services (STS). This opportunity is exclusively for women who are permanent residents of Sindh and hold the relevant district domicile. The position is initially on a contract basis with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Position Details

Job Title: Early Childhood Education Teacher (BPS-15) (Female Only)
Total Vacancies: 1,188
Location: Various districts across Sindh (District-wise details available on the SELD website)
Employment Type: Contractual (with the possibility of becoming permanent)
Age Limit: 21 to 28 years (General age relaxation applicable as per Sindh Government rules)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Education (BS/B.Ed.) with at least a Second Division or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
Option 2: Associate Degree in Education (ADE) with at least a Second Division or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

Additional Requirements:

Valid Sindh domicile of the relevant district.
At least one year of teaching experience in Early Childhood Education, verified by STEDA (Sindh Teachers Education Development Authority).
Female candidates must be physically and mentally fit to teach, speak, write, and use the blackboard effectively.

Document Submission:

- Educational certificates with percentage mark sheets from relevant universities.
- Verified teaching experience certificate from STEDA.
- For married women, upload your updated CNIC (with husband’s name), husband’s domicile, PRC (Form D), and marriage certificate.
Application Fee:
- Download the system-generated challan form for Rs. 1,500 after completing the online application.
- The fee can be deposited at any ABL branch or through the My ABL App.
- Payments are non-refundable.
Important Notes:
- Only applicants from designated Union Councils (UCs) are eligible to apply.
- The domicile and PRC submitted with the application will be considered final. No changes will be accepted after submission.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

Recruitment Process For Education Department Early Childhood Teacher Jobs

Written Test: Passing the written test alone does not guarantee employment. Candidates must fulfill all criteria as per SELD recruitment policy dated February 24, 2021.
Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further assessment.
No TA/DA will be provided for test or interview attendance.
Test Schedule: Candidates will be notified about the test date, time, and venue via SMS and the STS website.
