Positions with Qualifications

1. Fact Checker (Contract-Based)

• Salary Package: Rs. 100,000/- to Rs. 150,000/- per month (Lump sum)
• Age Limit: 30 years
• No. of Posts: 02
• Domicile: Merit-Based (Liable to be posted anywhere in Pakistan)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education)
  • At least 02 years of work experience in relevant areas
  • Knowledge of the electoral context in Pakistan
  • Experience working with international NGOs preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong English written and communication skills

Key Responsibilities for Fact Checker

• Digital Media Monitoring: Track emerging narratives, misinformation, and trends related to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP)
• Fact-Checking & Verification: Verify claims, statements, and narratives using official electoral data and authenticated records
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare daily and weekly reports on digital media trends and misinformation

2. Non-Linear Editor & Graphic Designer (BS-16) (Regular Basis)

• Age Limit: 32 years (with five years of general age relaxation)
• No. of Posts: 01
• Domicile: Merit-Based (Liable to be posted anywhere in Pakistan)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or Information Technology (HEC recognized)
  • At least two years of experience in WEB/Multimedia/Graphic Design
  • Strong background in Adobe Design Premium, InDesign, Corel Draw, and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of printing processes (offset & digital) and color management
  • Experience in Facebook, Twitter posts, YouTube thumbnails, logo designing, badges
  • Understanding of UI/UX design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
