1. Project Manager
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. A master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in project planning, contract management, and related areas.
• PMP certification will be preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of government procurement rules and regulations.
• Maximum age limit: 50 years.

2. Contract & Procurement Specialist
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from an HEC-accredited institution.
• Proven experience in procurement processes related to goods, works, and consultancy services, along with proposal evaluation expertise.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, including SAPRA, PPRA, PPP Act, and framework.
• Proficiency in FIDIC guidelines and applicable legal frameworks.
• Ability to draft and evaluate RFPs, PFQs, NITs, and tender/bid documents.
• Legal expertise related to procurement will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Maximum age limit: 45 years.

3. Deputy Manager (Admin & HR)
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. A master’s degree in the relevant field will be preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Maximum age limit: 45 years.
