Government of Pakistan Jinnah Medical Complex Jobs 2025. The Government of Pakistan has announced new job vacancies under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (NHSR&C). Applications are invited for Project Coordination Unit positions under the PSDP Project: Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center Company. These positions are on a contract basis for three years or until the project’s completion. The vacancies are market-based pay positions and are located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Positions with Qualifications
1. Chief Executive Officer
Number of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 50-60 years
Location: Islamabad
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience & Skills:
- At least 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions, preferably in public services.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction and social development projects.
- Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering large infrastructure projects.
- Strong financial acumen, experience in capital financing, financial planning, and risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in the health sector will be preferred.
2. Company Secretary
Number of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 45-55 years
Location: Islamabad
Educational Qualification:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, ACCA, ICAP).
- OR Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSI, CSIS, ICAEW).
- OR Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Compliance with the State-Owned Enterprises Governance and Operations Act, 2023, and Public Sector Companies Corporate Governance Rules, 2013.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2017, SOE Governance & Operations Act, 2021, and Corporate Governance Rules, 2013.
- Excellent corporate governance, leadership, and regulatory compliance skills.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, corporate documentation, and regulatory filings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
