Govt Pakistan Ministry of National Health Jobs. Applications are invited for the following positions at the Project Coordination Unit under the PSDP Project titled Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center Company under the Ministry of NHSR&C, Islamabad. These positions are on a contract basis for a period of 3 years or till the completion of the project (whichever comes first) and are based in Islamabad on market-based pay.

1. Chief Executive Officer – 01 Position
Age Limit: 50–60 Years
Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience:

• Minimum 20 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in public service
• Experience managing at least one large-scale construction and social development project
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering mega projects on time and within budget
• Extensive experience in construction and infrastructure projects with major investments
• Strong financial acumen including capital raising, planning, and risk management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the health sector

2. Company Secretary – 01 Position
Age Limit: 45–55 Years
Qualification (any one of the following):

• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP, ACCA, etc.)
• Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSP, ICSA)
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution
• Law graduate
  Experience:
• Minimum 10 years in a relevant field
• Must fulfill the fit and proper criteria as per State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013
  Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2017 and SOE governance framework
• Expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal drafting, and corporate documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• High integrity and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
