Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), a leading public sector utility company under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, is responsible for power distribution across 13 districts of Southern Sindh (excluding Karachi). With over 10,000 employees, HESCO has established a Market Implementation and Regulatory Affairs Department (MIRAD) to manage Competitive Trading Bilateral Contracts (CTBCM) under the leadership of the Director General (MIRAD).

Director General (MIRAD) – HESCO Hyderabad
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Management Sciences from a recognized HEC-approved university.
- Master’s degree will be considered an additional qualification.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Candidates should have strong expertise in contract management, regulatory affairs, and compliance.
- Knowledge of competitive electricity markets is a plus.
- Maximum Age Limit: 55 years (as of the application deadline).
Employment Terms & Salary Package
- Contract Duration: Initial appointment for 3 years, subject to annual performance evaluation by the HESCO Board of Directors.
- Salary & Allowances: Market-competitive salary and benefits will be offered.
