Position Overview: Senior Executive – Talent Hunt Program

As Senior Executive in the Talent Hunt Program, the candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring various aspects of the program. This includes outreach, student engagement, coordination with partner institutions, data collection, reporting, and on-ground implementation of initiatives that ensure the successful identification and support of talented youth from across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach strategies for the Talent Hunt Program
• Coordinate with schools, NGOs, and regional education offices to identify potential candidates
• Manage events, workshops, and awareness sessions in different districts
• Maintain and update candidate records and application databases
• Prepare regular performance reports and data analysis
• Assist in communication, digital presence, and marketing of the program
• Liaise with donors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure adherence to organizational goals, values, and code of conduct

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or preferably a Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2-3 years in project management, outreach, or similar functions in the development or education sector
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel across Pakistan as per program needs

Employment Type

This is a full-time and permanent position based at the IBA Karachi campus. The salary package will be market competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
