Positions Available
- Contract Management Specialist (CMS) – (01 Position)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university (Pakistan or foreign).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, procurement, and project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, irrigation, and drainage projects. Experience in managing Variation Orders (VOs) and risk assessments for high-value contracts is required.
- Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (M&E) – (01 Position)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or Project Management from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in project monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the water and agriculture sectors. Preference will be given to candidates with government sector experience.
- Manager Accounts & Budget – (01 Position)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government financial management and donor-funded projects.
Eligibility Criteria & Additional Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technical reporting skills.
- Candidates must have a second division or above in their academic qualifications.
- Candidates will be selected as per World Bank Procurement Regulations (Fourth Edition, November 2020).

Compensation & Contract Terms
- Market-based competitive salary packages will be offered.
- Initial contract period: 2 years, extendable based on annual performance evaluation.
- Posting Location: PCMU Office, Karachi, with frequent travel to project areas.
