1. Dean Academic Affairs
Responsibilities:
- Oversee academic operations and lead transformation initiatives.
- Provide visionary leadership and foster academic excellence.
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation.
- Enhance student placement in universities and careers.
- Build partnerships with universities, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
- Ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Develop programs for entrepreneurship and freelancing skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or PhD in Educational Leadership, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in academic leadership.
- University-level professorship with administrative responsibilities preferred.
- Strong expertise in curriculum development and faculty training.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
2. Associate Dean Core Curriculum
Responsibilities:
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation.
- Align courses with institutional goals and accreditation standards.
- Support faculty in curriculum development and training.
- Strengthen students’ analytical, reasoning, and communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or PhD in Education, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in academic leadership and curriculum development.
- Experience with general education/core curriculum programs.
- Knowledge of digital and experiential learning methods.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
3. Associate Dean Skills Development
Responsibilities:
- Oversee skill development programs in Computer Science and emerging fields.
- Implement modern teaching methodologies and AI-driven assessment tools.
- Improve students’ performance in university placement tests.
- Train faculty on best practices for technical and analytical skills.
- Develop student competencies in entrepreneurship and freelancing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or PhD in Education, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in academic leadership or skills development.
- Strong understanding of placement tests and skill-based education models.
