1. Manager (Industrial Relations)

  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years
  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • MBA/MPA with a diploma or certification in Employment Law and Industrial Relations.
    • A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR labor laws, court procedures, legal compliance, and statutory requirements.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the steel manufacturing industry, particularly in managing labor unions and liaising with the Directorate of Labor, EOBI, Social Security, and related departments.

2. Assistant Manager (OD/Learning & Development, Employee Engagement)

  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification.
    • 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development.
