Position: General Manager Finance
Qualifications:
- ACCA, CA-Finalist, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization, preferably in the education or healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong financial management skills for public and private sector organizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FBR regulations, including withholding taxation, e-payments, and preparation of monthly and quarterly statements.
- Well-versed in SECP compliance, including meeting regulations and annual filings.
- Expertise in financial management, auditing, budgeting, accounting policies, investment accounting, tax laws, IAS, IFRS, GAAP, and PPRA rules.
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite, or other ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and sum-if formulas.
- Hands-on experience in accounts finalization and bank reconciliation.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment through passion and leadership.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and business analysis abilities.
- Proven leadership capabilities and stakeholder management skills with a results-driven, collaborative approach.
