Position Details:

Position: Controller of Examinations
Grade: BPS-20 (Regular)
Location: LUMHS, Jamshoro, Sindh

This position is open to candidates who hold Sindh domicile and meet the qualifications and experience requirements outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualifications:

• MBBS or MBA (Management) from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Experience:

• A minimum of 17 years of administrative experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Examinations Department of a Medical University, in BPS-17 or higher.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in the use of security software.
• Strong knowledge of examination statutes and experience in preparing periodical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

The Controller of Examinations will oversee the management and security of all examinations at LUMHS. The role involves ensuring compliance with the university’s examination statutes and policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

• Supervising the administration of examinations.
• Implementing security measures to maintain the integrity of the examination process.
• Preparing periodic reports and ensuring all examination procedures comply with university guidelines.
