Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop and implement a financial strategy to enhance refinery profitability
• Lead financial structuring and capital allocation for long-term sustainability
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board
• Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives

Financial Planning & Capital Management:

• Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Implement financial models to support key decision-making
• Collaborate on crude procurement, production, and product pricing strategies
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, and working capital management
• Drive investment decisions aligned with company growth objectives

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Identify financial risks, including market volatility, forex exposure, and commodity pricing risks
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and corporate governance
• Strengthen internal controls, financial audits, and reporting standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or a relevant finance degree
• Experience: Minimum 20+ years in refining, oil & gas, process, or manufacturing industries
• Skills:
  • Financial transformation and structuring expertise
  • Cost optimization and strategic decision-making
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills
  • High integrity, decision-making capability, and business acumen
