Required Qualifications & Experience

Vice Principal

For Retired Armed Forces Officers:

• MA/MSc/MS with M.Ed.
• Minimum 15 years of Commissioned Service in the Armed Forces (preferably from the Education Branch).

For Civilian Applicants:

• MA/MSc/MS with M.Ed.
• At least 15 years of teaching and administrative experience at college, secondary, or primary school level.

Cambridge Coordinator

• MA/MSc/MS with M.Ed.
• A minimum of 15 years of teaching and administrative experience in CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) stream.

Ineligibility Conditions

• Individuals removed or dismissed prematurely from any government or private organization.
• Candidates previously terminated from any Fazaia institution due to misconduct or disciplinary issues.
• Applicants with a history of moral turpitude, financial irregularities, or criminal offenses.
• All applicants must provide a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their previous employer.

Pay and Benefits

• Selected candidates will be offered an attractive salary package based on qualifications and experience.
• The appointment will be on a contract basis, renewable annually subject to performance evaluation.
