Key Responsibilities

  • Maternal Care Services
  • Provide comprehensive antenatal, natal, and postnatal care
  • Conduct skilled pregnancy assessments and monitoring
  • Perform IUCD insertions and removals
  • Calculate Expected Delivery Dates (EDD) with precision
  • Monitor high-risk pregnancies
  • Healthcare Management
  • Maintain detailed medical records and equipment inventory
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Ensure proper hospital waste management
  • Supervise delivery area cleanliness
  • Implement infection prevention protocols
  • Community Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with mothers in local languages
  • Provide essential health education
  • Foster community trust and engagement
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ethics

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Two-year LHV Diploma with PNC registration
  • Experience: 1-3 years in maternal healthcare
  • Language: Fluency in local languages
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in healthcare software and reporting systems
