The Government of Sindh, through the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for multiple contract-based positions in the VIP Flight Department. These appointments will be made initially for one year and may be extended based on performance and departmental needs.
Co-Pilot (BPS-18)
Applicants must have a minimum of 4000 flight hours, including at least 2000 hours on Multi-Engine Jet or Turbo Prop aircraft. Experience operating corporate jets is preferred. Candidates must hold a valid ATPL issued by PCAA with instrument rating for multi-engine aircraft, along with an unrestricted medical certificate from PCAA. Applicants should have no history of accidents due to pilot error. The maximum age limit is 54 years. Possession of a valid BI/B2 USA visa and experience in aviation safety and security will be considered an advantage.
Aircraft Engineer (BPS-18)
Candidates should have a BE degree in Aerospace or Avionics and hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) from PCAA in Category B1/B2 with no limitations. Applicants must possess strong knowledge of airframe, power plant, electrical systems, and PCAA regulations. Excellent skills in aircraft inspection and defect troubleshooting are essential. A minimum of 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience is required, with at least 6 months of current experience within the last 2 years. The maximum age limit is 50 years.
Deputy Chief Engineer (Special Grade)
Candidates must hold a BE degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Avionics Engineering, along with a valid PCAA ANO-66 AML in CAT B1/B2 without limitations. Type rating on any fixed-wing aircraft is mandatory. Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office, are required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in jet aircraft. The maximum age limit is 40 years.
Safety & Security Manager (Special Grade)
Applicants must have a BA, BSc, or Master’s degree along with qualifications in Safety Management Systems or Flight Safety Officer courses. A minimum of 5 years of aviation safety experience is required, and candidates with an armed forces background of at least 10 years will be preferred. Strong computer skills are essential. The maximum age limit for this position is 55 years.
