District Project Manager Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor program administration, financial management, and procurement at the district level.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams for successful implementation.
- Ensure effective coordination with donors, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Develop and monitor district-specific field plans aligned with the Annual Implementation Plan/Work Plan.
- Establish and manage monitoring and grievance management systems at the district level.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and legal regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: MSPH/MBBS/Health Sciences/Postgraduate degree in Anthropology or relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management, preferably in training and team management.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
Data Management Manager Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, revise, and enforce data management policies.
- Implement procedures for secure and efficient data handling.
- Develop techniques for accurate data collection and analysis.
- Provide IT support and data management solutions for project teams.
- Liaise with stakeholders and government departments for data reporting.
- Analyze and interpret large data sets for decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or a relevant field (MS in Computer Science preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in data management.
- Skills: Interpersonal, communication, negotiation, financial reporting, IT software expertise, and analytical skills.
