Hospital Director

Age Limit: 57 Years
Number of Positions: One

Responsibilities:
Overseeing the overall operations of the hospital. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Leading and managing the hospital’s staff and administration. Implementing policies and procedures for optimal hospital functioning. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Managing budgets, resources, and financial planning. Developing strategic plans to improve healthcare services.

Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant medical or administrative degree. Extensive experience in hospital management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Nursing Director

Age Limit: 55 Years
Number of Positions: One

Responsibilities:
Managing the nursing staff and ensuring adequate staffing levels. Overseeing the quality of nursing care provided to patients. Implementing nursing policies and procedures. Coordinating with other healthcare professionals for patient care. Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Budgeting and resource management for the nursing department. Developing and implementing training programs for nursing staff.

Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Nursing or a related field. Extensive experience in nursing management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and nursing standards.

Associate Hospital Director (MTI-Swabi Allied THQ Hospital: Lahor & Topi)

Age Limit: 55 Years
Number of Positions: Two

Responsibilities:
Assisting the Hospital Director in managing hospital operations. Overseeing specific departments or units within the hospital. Implementing and monitoring hospital policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Assisting in financial planning and resource management. Leading and managing departmental staff. Ensuring high-quality patient care within assigned departments.

Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant medical or administrative degree. Experience in hospital administration or management. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations.

Manager Internal Audit

Number of Positions: One

Responsibilities:
Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Reviewing and assessing the hospital’s financial and operational processes. Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Reporting audit findings to the hospital management and Board of Governors. Developing and implementing audit plans and programs. Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in auditing, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of audit standards and healthcare regulations.
