Punjab Workers Welfare Fund requires the services of qualified, motivated, and dynamic professionals for the position of Principal in Workers Welfare Schools (Boys & Girls), Toba Tek Singh.

Eligibility Criteria

• Number of Posts: 02 (One Male for Boys School, One Female for Girls School)
• Age Limit: Up to 63 years
• Education: Minimum Master’s Degree (Second Division) from an HEC-recognized institution
• Experience: Preferably five years as a Principal or Senior Faculty Member in a reputed institution, preferably with a background in traditional public schools
• Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and command abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
  • Experience in management, student development, teacher training, financial matters, and public audits
  • Knowledge of the educational system in Punjab with the ability to implement improvements
  • Proficiency in teaching strategies and instructional methods
  • Mandatory fluency in English communication

Location & Salary

• Location: Workers Welfare Schools (Boys & Girls), Toba Tek Singh
• Salary Package: BS-18 (56,880–4,260–142,080)

• Selected candidates cannot be transferred to any other Workers Welfare Schools during the contract period
• Incomplete or late applications will not be considered
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview
• No TA/DA will be provided
