Positions with Qualifications

Position: Data & Reporting Officer

Department: Community Relations
Location: Reko Diq Site – Balochistan
Application Deadline: 10th March 2025

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s (3-5 years) or Master’s degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, social impact assessment, and community engagement within the mining, development, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) sector.
• Certifications in data analysis, financial analysis, or impact assessment (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in social responsibility frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards, GRI, and ESG reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and maintain financial data related to community investments.
• Assess budgets, expenditures, and impact of community programs.
• Develop reporting frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure data accuracy.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Optimize data processes and ensure timely reporting submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
