1. Management Trainee Officers (MTOs)
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Agriculture, Math, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Pak Studies, or MA English
Stipend/Salary: Rs. 56,000 (increment of Rs. 10,000 after internship)
Age Limit: 30 years
Benefits: Medical Insurance, Provident Fund, Severance, EOBI

2. Accounts Staff
Qualification: I.Com, D.Com, B.Com, ADC, ADP
Stipend/Salary: Rs. 41,000 (increment of Rs. 8,000 after internship)
Age Limit: 27 years
Benefits: Medical Insurance, Provident Fund, Severance, EOBI

3. Field Staff
Qualification: FA, BA, Intermediate, Graduate
Stipend/Salary: Rs. 37,000 (increment of Rs. 7,000 after internship)
Age Limit: 25 years
Benefits: Medical Insurance, Provident Fund, Severance, EOBI
