Positions with Qualifications
1. IT Specialist / Officer
- Location: Tharparkar
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in IT support, system administration, and network management.
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, VPNs, and PABX systems.
- Ability to handle IT equipment procurement, internet service coordination, and asset management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
- Preference: Candidates from Tharparkar will be given first priority.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to Thar and Karachi offices, including network setup, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and PABX/IP phones.
- Troubleshoot VPN issues, printers, scanners, and IT-related problems for Chinese and local staff.
- Manage domain hosting, internet service coordination, and vendor communication.
- Maintain inventory records of IT assets, mobile networks (Telenor, Zong, etc.), and office access systems.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, staff access, and security monitoring.
- Provide backup support for admin colleagues during leaves.
