Position Name: Chief Operating Officer
Openings: 1
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Project Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field from an HEC recognized university. Degrees from internationally recognized institutions and certifications like PMP, FIDIC are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in senior management. Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, urban transport systems, and work with international financing institutions is preferred. Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams under pressure. Experience with public-private partnerships and stakeholder engagement is an advantage.

Position Name: Public Consultation Officer
Openings: 1
Qualifications: Postgraduate or equivalent qualification in Conflict Management, Urban Development, or Law.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, public consultation, and community outreach in infrastructure or public sector projects. Experience with vulnerable communities, civil society organizations, ADB, multi-lateral development banks, and government projects is highly desirable.

Position Name: Office Assistant
Openings: 1
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university in Communication, Office Management, English, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of general administration experience post-qualification, with at least 1 year in a similar role. Experience in an engineering firm will be considered an advantage.
