| 2 | Research Associate (Category-III) | 04 | Master’s (16 years of education) in Economics, Public Policy, International Trade, International Development, or a relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience with at least one research publication. | 35 years |
| 3 | IT Expert (Category-I) | 01 | Master’s (16 years of education) in Computer Science or IT. Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Server, networking, and SharePoint. Expertise in website/database management, security, and performance is required. | 40 years |
| 4 | IT Support Assistant (Category-III) | 01 | Master’s (16 years of education) in Computer Science or IT. Minimum 1 year of experience in website, portal, and database management with basic knowledge of security protocols. | 35 years |
| 5 | Legal Expert (Category-II) | 01 | LLB from an HEC-recognized university (LLM preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal advisor. Expertise in labor laws, HR policies, and civil service regulations is desirable. | 40 years |
Required & Desirable Skills
✅ For Trade Expert & Research Associate
- Strong data analysis skills (Advanced Excel, Stata, Python)
- Experience working with trade-related datasets
- Econometric modeling, impact evaluation, and predictive analytics preferred
✅ For IT Expert & IT Support Assistant
- Expertise in Windows Server, SharePoint, networking
- Experience in web development, cybersecurity, and data governance
- Power BI, Stata, Python, or R preferred
✅ For Legal Expert
- Expertise in HR and labor laws, international trade regulations
- Strong knowledge of Civil Servants Act-1973 & service policies
