This role is offered on a contract basis under the SPPS Policy, initially for two years, and is extendable based on performance.
Position Details
Job Title: Senior Technical Advisor
Pay Package: SPPS-I
Age Limit: 45–60 Years

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: LLM or Bar-at-Law from a HEC-recognized local or international university.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of legal experience in advisory and opinion work, with at least 10 years in senior executive roles within the public sector, preferably with the Federal Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on complex legal, regulatory, technical, financial, and strategic issues.
- Offer legal consultation on matters related to the privatization of state assets, interpretation and implementation of international laws, and other intricate legal and financial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate domestic, international, and commercial agreements.
- Ensure all contracts and treaties comply with national and international legal standards.
- Provide assistance on legal, legislative, and corporate matters as required.
- Represent the ministry in meetings of various Cabinet Committees, sub-committees, and other official forums.
