Open Position: Business Executive
Age Limit: 25 Years
Total Vacancies: 9 in Karachi, 3 in Quetta

Educational Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate, but Bachelor’s degree preferred from a HEC-recognized university

Experience and Skills:

Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in business development, sales, or franchise management
Capable of meeting business targets through strategic sales initiatives
Ability to monitor and manage franchisee performance to align with company goals
Experience conducting ground verifications, providing product training, and onboarding franchisees
Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and generate actionable business insights

Job Locations:

Karachi East, Central, West, Malir, Keamari, Thatta/Sujawal, Badin, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar/Umarkot and Quetta

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve business development targets by identifying growth opportunities
Conduct performance assessments of franchise partners and ensure operational compliance
Maintain franchise records including metrics, SOP compliance, and expansion readiness
Build partnerships with companies, clients, and stakeholders
Prepare periodic reports for management on business expansion and performance

Contract Terms:

Initial hiring will be on a 3-year contract, extendable if required
Includes a 6-month probation period
