We seek an accomplished and visionary General Manager (GM) Commercial to lead our commercial operations and drive business growth. This is a critical leadership role for an individual with exceptional expertise in strategic planning, market expansion, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize profitability and business growth.
• Plan and manage crude oil procurement, ensuring alignment with supply chain and production goals.
• Oversee the supply chain for efficiency and cost-effectiveness while ensuring seamless operations.
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new products, markets, and revenue streams.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement, sales, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence by promoting innovation and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards while proactively managing operational risks.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, aligning them with the company’s financial objectives.

Requirements

• At least 20 years of experience in large-scale commercial operations, preferably in the oil refining sector or OMCs, with 5–7 years in a senior leadership position.
• Expertise in the petroleum market, strategic business planning, and customer relationship management.
• Proven ability to drive sustainable growth and profitability in competitive markets.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Preference will be given to professionals with experience in reputed organizations.

Qualification

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering from a recognized institution.
