Candidates must possess a valid HTV license and be medically fit. Educational qualifications include Primary, Middle, or Matric, with preference given to experienced and trained drivers. The maximum age limit is 52 years.

Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary of Rs. 69,752, monthly ration allowance, performance-based bonuses up to Rs. 40,000, cash awards ranging from Rs. 15,000 to 30,000, annual bonus equal to 48 basic pays, CP Fund, group insurance, and free medical facilities for self and family (up to Rs. 150,000 annually).
