Position 1: Project Manager – Enterprise (AVP/VP)

Reporting to: Senior Project Manager – Enterprise
Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant certifications.

Experience:

• At least 6 years in IT or project management, including 2 years managing IT projects, particularly related to software applications.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including MS Project).
• Knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and project management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute IT projects, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s goals and compliance frameworks.
• Develop project plans, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Continuously optimize project processes and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Position 2: SQL Database Administrator (OG-I/AVP)

Reporting to: Unit Head, Databases Administration
Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
• A Master’s degree and relevant certifications will be preferred.

Experience:

• At least 4 years in database administration, including 2 years in SQL database management, preferably within the banking sector.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in database architecture, security, performance optimization, and high availability.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 database support and manage MSSQL servers.
• Handle database upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and patching.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage backups, and implement recovery solutions.
• Ensure compliance with database policies and configuration standards.
• Automate tasks using SQL and shell scripting.
• Manage principal support and Service Level Agreements.
