Principal (Female)
Pay Package
Rs. 70,000 – 75,000 per month (all inclusive)
Nature of Employment
Contractual appointment initially for a period of two (02) years, extendable based on satisfactory academic and financial performance of the institution.
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s Degree in Arts or Science with a minimum 2nd Division along with a B.Ed or M.Ed, or a Master’s in Education from an HEC recognized university or institution.
Higher qualifications will be given preference.
Minimum five (05) years of post-qualification experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Head Mistress in any reputable English medium secondary school.
Candidates must possess excellent communication, presentation, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage effective communication with students, parents, general public, and media is essential.
Age limit: up to 55 years.
