Sukkur Electric Power Company Limited (SEPCO) is a government-owned power distribution company serving 10 districts of northern Sindh with a consumer base of 0.8 million. SEPCO is offering a paid internship program for the financial year 2024-25 to final-year graduate and master’s students from HEC-recognized institutions. This program aims to enhance practical skills and provide financial support to students in various fields.
Internship Categories and Required Qualifications

Internship Duration and Monthly Stipend
- Duration: Initially 3 months, extendable up to 1 year based on performance and company requirements.
- Monthly Stipend:
- Rs. 30,000/- for all qualification degrees.
- Rs. 50,000/- for ACCA, ICAP, ICMAP, and CIMA candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students of graduate or master’s programs from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Minimum 3.0 CGPA required.
- Candidates must provide attested transcripts/certificates of the last completed academic year/semester.
- Maximum age limit: 30 years.
- Government and semi-government employees are not eligible.
Application & Selection Process

- Applications must include an attested transcript/certificate of the previous semester.
- Selection Criteria:
- 95% weightage on academic record.
- 5% weightage on interview performance.
- Selection Process:
- Merit list will be prepared based on CGPA & interview performance.
- Selection Committee will verify original documents before finalizing candidates.
- Internship Certificate will be awarded upon submission of an internship report and satisfactory performance.
Important Instructions
- No TA/DA or conveyance allowance will be provided during the internship.
- Selection does not guarantee future employment at SEPCO.
- SEPCO reserves the right to cancel or modify the internship program at any stage without prior notice.
- Misconduct or breach of discipline may result in termination from the program.
