Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Situation Vacant 2025. Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites applications from qualified individuals for the following positions. Selection will be made purely on suitability and merit.

Positions with Qualifications

Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08)
No. of Positions: Seven (07)
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board. Must hold or have held an ATPL with a type rating on a Commercial Transport Aircraft (MGTOW 40,000 Kg or more).
Experience: Minimum 5000 hours as Pilot in Command of Commercial Air Transport Aircraft (MGTOW 40,000 Kg or more). Must have SFE or TRE endorsement on ATPL. 10+ years of experience in Commercial Air Transport Aircraft as a Pilot. Operational management experience is preferred.
Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-07. Rs. 1,373,230/- per month with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
Age Limit: Maximum 66 years (including all age relaxations).

Additional Director Finance (EG-07)
No. of Positions: One (01)
Qualification: CMA/FCMA, CA/FCA, ACCA/FCCA, CPA, CFA, CTP, MBA (Finance), or Masters in Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 12 years in a reputable organization in Finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management position. Preference for candidates with Big 4 firm articles and aviation industry experience.
Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-01. Rs. 656,520/- per month with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations).

Secretary CAA Board (EG-07)
No. of Positions: One (01)
Qualification: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university. Preference for members of Corporate or Chartered Secretaries or Professional Accountants.
Experience: 12 years minimum. 2 years as Company Secretary or Board Secretary preferred.
Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-01. Rs. 479,370/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations).

Joint Director AAR (ANS Inspector) (EG-05)
No. of Positions: Four (04)
Qualification: 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 15 years of ATC operational experience in Civil Aviation.
Experience: ATCL with at least 2 ATS unit ratings. Preference for CAA Regulatory ANS Inspector experience.
Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-04. Rs. 484,057/- per month with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
Age Limit: Maximum 63 years (including all age relaxations).

Joint Director AT & ER (EG-05)
No. of Positions: Four (04)
Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Legal, International Relations, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: At least 5 years in the aviation industry.
Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-04. Rs. 345,457/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (including all age relaxations).

Deputy Director CAA Board Secretariat (EG-03)
No. of Positions: One (01)
Qualification: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in a well-reputed organization, preferably with HR, Company Secretariat, or Board Secretariat experience.
Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-01. Rs. 249,375/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including all age relaxations).

Assistant Director PEL (Examination) (EG-01)
No. of Positions: Two (02)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s (16 years of education) in Aviation Management, Computer Sciences, or Computer Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Any ICAO License preferred.
Experience: 2 years of handling Examination Matters in a reputable organization preferred. Knowledge of ICAO Annexes/Documents, Auditing Techniques, QMS & SMS required.
Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-02. Rs. 56,280-5,630-168,880.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per applicable rules).
