Job Description:

PMDC is seeking proposals from experienced and reputable firms to fulfill its legal advisory and consultancy needs. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services to support PMDC’s operations and strategic initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Firms must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax.
• Firms must have a strong legal background with a proven track record of providing legal advisory and consultancy services.

Application Process:

1. Interested firms are invited to obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) document from the PMDC Head Office at the below address.
2. Submit complete proposals, including both technical and financial components, in separate sealed envelopes.
3. Proposals must be submitted to the undersigned on or before 5th August 2024, no later than 12:30 PM.
