Qualifications:
Project Manager: Master’s in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or related field
Project Officer: Master’s in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Gender Studies, Communication
Gender & MEAL Officer: Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, Development Studies, or relevant field
DRR/Resilience Officer: Master’s in Social Sciences, Environmental Science, or related fields
Livelihood/Economic Recovery Officer: Master’s in Economics, Rural Development, Agriculture, or Business Administration
Finance Officer: MBA/M.Com or equivalent from recognized institution
HR, Admin & Logistic Officer: MBA/M.Com, MPA or equivalent from recognized institution
Community Resilience Officer: Master’s in Social Sciences with strong field facilitation background
Experience:
Project Manager: Minimum 7 years (including 3 years in climate change/resilience)
Project Officer: 4-5 years in field-based resilience and DRR projects
Gender & MEAL Officer: 3-4 years in MEAL & Gender roles in development/humanitarian sectors
DRR/Resilience Officer: 4-5 years in Climate Resilience, DRR, or emergency response
Livelihood Officer: 4-5 years in livelihood and climate-resilient programming
Finance Officer: Minimum 3 years of experience in finance
HR/Admin Officer: Minimum 3 years in HR, admin, and logistics
Community Resilience Officer: 3-4 years in community mobilization and DRR programs
