SEPCO Paid Internship Program 2025 Apply Online. Sukkur Electric Power Company Limited (SEPCO) has announced a paid internship program for the financial year 2024-25. SEPCO is a government-owned power distribution company operating in northern Sindh, serving over 0.8 million consumers across 10 districts. This internship program is designed to provide graduates and final-year students with hands-on experience, skill enhancement, and financial support.

Departments & Required Qualifications

1. Finance and Audit – ACCA, ICAP, ICMAP, CIMA (Minimum 15 Positions)
2. Operations and Technical – BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (50 Positions)
3. Human Resource and Admin – MBA, MPA (HRM) or equivalent business-related graduate degree (10 Positions)
4. Information Technology – MS (IT), MCS, MBIT (As per requirement)
5. Customer Services – MBA (Marketing) (10 Positions)

Internship Duration & Monthly Stipend

• Initial duration: 3 months (extendable every 3 months, up to a maximum of 1 year)
• Monthly stipend:
  • Rs. 50,000 for ICAP, ICMAP, ACCA, and CIMA candidates
  • Rs. 30,000 for all other degree holders

Eligibility Criteria for SEPCO Internship

• Final-year students of Graduate or Master’s degree programs from HEC-recognized universities
• Minimum 3.0 CGPA required in the previous academic years/semesters
• Candidates must submit attested transcripts/certificates
• Maximum age limit: 30 years
• Government and semi-government employees are not eligible

  • 5% weightage to interview performance
