Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage daily commercial operations.
- Handle material and service contracts, including preparing relevant documents in Chinese and English.
- Participate in contract negotiations, signing, and local contract payments.
- Engage in procurement sourcing, supplier development, and evaluation of qualified suppliers.
- Implement procurement plans to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Manage the process for coal tariff adjustments and regulatory applications.
- Perform pricing model analysis, data processing, and supplier management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and procedures.
- Complete other assignments as required by senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Economics, Supply Chain, Finance Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the natural resources or renewable energy sector.
- Expertise in procurement processes, contract negotiation, and settlement.
- Proficiency in pricing models, data analysis, and supplier evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of local business regulations and compliance procedures.
- Advanced skills in business software and data management tools.
- Fluency in English is required; Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
