Manager – Commercial – Coal Mining Industry
Responsibilities
✓ Independently handle day-to-day commercial operations
✓ Manage material and service contracts (in English and Chinese), including preparation, negotiation, and signing
✓ Oversee local contract payments and ensure procurement timeliness
✓ Participate in supplier development, sourcing, evaluation, and execution of procurement plans
✓ Responsible for coal tariff adjustment applications
✓ Complete additional assignments as delegated by senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Economics, Supply Chain, Finance Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or mining sectors
- Proficient in procurement, contract negotiation, settlement processes
- Skilled in pricing model analysis, data processing, supplier development
- Familiar with local regulations and commercial procedures
- Strong command of software applications
- Proficient in English; Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage
