The Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), a public sector body committed to improving education across the Sindh province, is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic individuals for the post of Managing Director. Position Overview
- Title: Managing Director
- Contract: Four-year performance-based contract
- Pay Group: PG-15
- Age Requirement: 55–61 years
- Domicile/PRC Requirement: Candidates must hold a domicile and Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) of Sindh province.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Requirements:
- A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Social Science, Education, or Management from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), with at least second-division standing.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 20 years of professional experience in either the public or private sector.
- At least 10 years in a leadership role involving financial planning and development, such as Head of Department or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling projects or organizations we were focused on in the social or education sector.
