The Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), a public sector body committed to improving education across the Sindh province, is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic individuals for the post of Managing Director. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to lead educational initiatives and contribute to the strategic growth and impact of the Foundation.
Position Overview
- Title: Managing Director
- Contract: Four-year performance-based contract
- Pay Group: PG-15
- Age Requirement: 55–61 years
- Domicile/PRC Requirement: Candidates must hold a domicile and Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) of Sindh province.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Requirements:
- A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Social Science, Education, or Management from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), with at least second-division standing.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 20 years of professional experience in either the public or private sector.
- At least 10 years in a leadership role involving financial planning and development, such as Head of Department or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling projects or organizations we were focused on in the social or education sector.
