Latest Sindh Education Foundation SEF Teaching Jobs 2025. The Research and Development Foundation (RDF), in partnership with the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), Government of Sindh, is committed to providing quality education in rural Sindh. RDF is currently seeking applications from qualified candidates for various positions at Public School Thul (District Jacobabad) and People’s School Mirpur Bathoro (District Sujawal).

Leadership Positions
Position: Principal

  • Location: Public School Thul and People’s School Mirpur Bathoro
  • Qualification: M.Ed. or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in teaching and school management.

Teaching Positions
Specialist Subject Teachers (English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in the relevant subject. Preference will be given to candidates with a teaching license.

Elementary Teachers (English, Mathematics, General Science, Physical Training Instructor)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in the relevant field/subject from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in the relevant subject.

Primary School Teachers (PST) and Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teachers

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience is required. Female candidates with a diploma in ECE/Montessori training will be preferred.

Non-Teaching Positions
Admin/Accounts Associate

  • Qualification: Graduation in a relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related field.

Lab Assistant

  • Qualification: Graduation in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year.

Librarian

  • Qualification: BS in Library and Information Sciences or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience required.

Computer Lab Assistant

  • Qualification: Graduation in Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field.
